They also discuss the negative psychology surrounding the scale and the anxiety and frustration that it can cause. The past relationship with the scale can be overcome and improved when it is used as a vehicle or a tool to get results. The last main topic is framing all of this inside the thought that FASTING is not a punishment for what you ate or did the days and weeks prior as well as an upcoming life event.
